This bust is of an unidentified female Hindu deity figure. Her hair is gathered above her head in an elaborate and tall headdress. She wears simple but refined jewellery, including a set of large annular ear-ornaments and a thin torc around her neck. The highly lifted thinly arched eyebrows, semi-open downcasting eyes, slightly lifted lips with a touch of smile and the physiognomy of the figure, is emblematic of the post-Gupta style.
