Self-Portraits - The State of Imbalance is the first of an extensive three-year programme of solo exhibitions in Rossi & Rossi's new premises. Nortse is one of the oldest members of this exciting generation of Tibetan contemporary artists and one of the most mercurial and versatile. His production is very diverse, encompassing performance work, photography, painting, sculpture, mixed media. His work is very personal on one level but also reflects the changing face of Tibet in the 21st century.
